Great service. When dropping the car for maintenance and service, they explain clearly what needs to be done on the car. They also can provide what services are to come when asked. The communication is transparent and proactive. Also, their shuttle service is quick and convenient. Not to forget to mention that their sales representatives are friendly and very clear on what they offer. They go through step by step to ensure that everything is understood. Honestly, it has been the best experience that I personally have had. Already leased two cars there and am willing to continue taking their services. A big thank you to all the team there :)

I had an excellent experience at BMW Brossard when purchasing my 2026 BMW X3 a few months ago. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I especially want to thank Jackson, my sales advisor, for his outstanding professionalism. He was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, taking the time to understand my needs without any pressure. He explained all the options clearly and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. The delivery of the vehicle was well organized, and everything was explained thoroughly. Even after the purchase, the follow-up and customer service have been great, which really shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. I’m extremely happy with my X3 and with the overall experience at BMW Brossard. I highly recommend them—and Jackson in particular—to anyone looking for a premium vehicle and excellent service.

I just picked up a 2026 BMW X5 50e. The salesperson who took care of me throughout the entire process is Adam Mayaki, who I want to recognize through this review. Adam is knowledgeable, personable, patient and behaves with full transparency. He understood my profile as a client and respected my needs, which in turn made me feel valued. As a matter of fact, I want to commend the various people who I have interacted with, from Service to Parts, to Finance. No one pulled a sketchy used car salesperson tactic on me. Things were presented to me upfront, transparently, and whenever issues arose they were solved fairly quickly. This is my first BMW experience, and it has been really good. I recommend this dealership, and specifically recommend Adam should you consider the purchase of a BMW vehicle.

I would like to highlight the fantastic customer experience I received at Park Avenue MINI Brossard. About three weeks ago, during the major snowstorm, I had an unfortunate situation with my 2025 MINI Countryman. I arrived at the dealership feeling overwhelmed and frustrated, but I was immediately taken care of by Jonathan Proulx, the service advisor who handled my file with professionalism, reassurance, and true kindness. He offered me a courtesy vehicle until my car would be repaired. Although only electric vehicles were available that day and I wasn’t familiar with driving one—especially in snowy, uncleared conditions—I genuinely appreciated the effort to help. Later that night, I hit a patch of black ice on my way home, and due to the weight of the EV, two tires were damaged upon impact. Roadside assistance arrived around midnight to pick up the courtesy vehicle and brought it straight back to the dealership—just a few hours after I had left with it. This led to nearly two weeks without my car, but throughout this time, the entire team at MINI Brossard made all the difference. At various moments, I had the pleasure of meeting Sylvain Beauchesne, Sales Manager, and Bruno-Pier Dubeau, General Manager. Their leadership is reflected clearly in the team they have built: attentive, supportive, and genuinely dedicated to customer care. Working in the automotive industry myself, I understand how challenging it can be to provide “the best service”—especially when everyone’s expectations are different. But what truly matters is the effort, integrity, and sincerity behind the service, and this team demonstrated all of that and more. I also want to give a special mention to David, who welcomed me multiple times during this process. He always brought moments of laughter, paid close attention, and showed incredible patience. When I finally got my car back, he even helped me install my new infant car seat. Though he was not experienced with car seats, he still took the time to help me as best as he could, and that meant a lot. My experience at the new BMW/MINI Brossard with the Park Avenue Group has been nothing short of exceptional. I am confident and pleased to write what is probably the longest—but certainly the most honest—review I can offer. A big round of applause to the entire team, and my deepest thanks for having my back when I needed it most.
