After an extensive search, we recently purchased a preowned X5 from BMW Brossard. My dealings were mainly with Simon Laniel and he was consistently straight up professional. Communications were very good and in a timely fashion. Even the slightly unusual requests or issues were addressed quickly and in a courteous manner, with the support of the sales team (Thomas and Bruno). Details like vehicle service history, condition and inspection report were requested and provided quickly. As a car enthusiast, I really value this. For us, the actual deal was very easy, smooth and professional. We are not only very pleased the vehicle, but the whole purchase experience… just the way it should be.
