I just picked up a 2026 BMW X5 50e. The salesperson who took care of me throughout the entire process is Adam Mayaki, who I want to recognize through this review. Adam is knowledgeable, personable, patient and behaves with full transparency. He understood my profile as a client and respected my needs, which in turn made me feel valued. As a matter of fact, I want to commend the various people who I have interacted with, from Service to Parts, to Finance. No one pulled a sketchy used car salesperson tactic on me. Things were presented to me upfront, transparently, and whenever issues arose they were solved fairly quickly. This is my first BMW experience, and it has been really good. I recommend this dealership, and specifically recommend Adam should you consider the purchase of a BMW vehicle.
Great experience with the sales team—very friendly and helpful! In my first visit to service department i didn’t have the best experience however they were very responsible and got back to me to make up my first experience, which I am thankful for. This time, the service was excellent and met my expectations. I assume there may have been a technical issue at the site during my previous visit. I’m glad they followed up and took the necessary steps to improve the experience. Thanks BMW team!
